We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

4. Browser Storage and Website Analytics
The website uses local browser storage to remember language and accessibility preferences. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, referring websites, countries, device and browser types, and page performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or local browser storage to track visitors. Contact-form contents are not included in analytics. We do not use marketing cookies.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers for the purpose of operating the website and delivering requested services. We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Contact-form submissions are processed using Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to authorised account holders. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, and external fonts and scripts are delivered by their respective content-delivery providers.
We may also disclose information as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. The official secure website address is https://llisr.com, and contact-form submissions are sent to an HTTPS endpoint.
7. Retention Period
Personal information collected through the contact form is retained until a deletion request is made, or for up to 24 months from the date of collection — whichever comes first — unless otherwise required by law.

הפרטיות של המבקרים באתר שלנו חשובה לנו מאוד, ואנחנו מחויבים לשמירה עליה. מדיניות פרטיות זו חלה על אתר האינטרנט של LLISR (להלן: "האתר"), המופעל על ידי LLISR (להלן: "החברה", "אנחנו"). המדיניות מפרטת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, שומרים ומגנים על המידע האישי שלכם, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, לרבות תיקון 13 לחוק, תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017.

לפי תיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, אנו מחויבים לקבל הסכמה מדעת, חופשית ומפורשת שלכם לפני איסוף ועיבוד המידע האישי שלכם.

- הסכמה חופשית: אתם חופשיים לסרב או לבטל את ההסכמה בכל עת
- הסכמה מפורשת: לפני שליחת טופס יצירת הקשר נדרשת הסכמה לעיבוד הפרטים לצורך מענה לפנייה

- מידע שנכלל במסרים שאתם שולחים לנו
מסירת מידע זה הינה וולונטרית לחלוטין. אין חובה חוקית למסור מידע זה, אולם ללא מסירתו לא נוכל ליצור עמכם קשר.
3.2 מידע טכני הנאסף אוטומטית
- כתובת IP ומיקום גאוגרפי
- סוג הדפדפן, גרסתו ומערכת ההפעלה
- סוג המכשיר (נייד/מחשב)
- דפים שנצפו, משך הביקור ונתיבי המעבר באתר
4. מטרות השימוש במידע והבסיס החוקי
ייתכן שנשתמש בפרטים האישיים שלכם למטרות הבאות:
- יצירת קשר בעקבות פנייה שלכם דרך טופס יצירת הקשר
- מתן הצעות מחיר ותיאום שירותים
- ניהול האתר והעסק שלנו
- שיפור חווית השימוש באתר
5. אחסון בדפדפן ומדידת שימוש באתר
האתר משתמש באחסון מקומי בדפדפן לשמירת העדפות שפה ונגישות. אנו משתמשים ב־Cloudflare Web Analytics למדידת צפיות בדפים, אתרים מפנים, מדינות, סוגי מכשירים ודפדפנים וביצועי טעינה. שירות מדידה זה אינו משתמש בעוגיות או באחסון מקומי בדפדפן לצורך מעקב אחר מבקרים. תוכן טופס הפנייה אינו נכלל בנתוני המדידה. איננו משתמשים בעוגיות שיווק.
6. חשיפת פרטים אישיים לצדדים שלישיים
אנו עשויים למסור את הפרטים האישיים שלכם לספקי שירות צד ג׳ לצורך תפעול האתר ומתן השירות המבוקש. איננו מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווקיות ללא הסכמתכם.
פניות הנשלחות באמצעות טופס יצירת הקשר מעובדות באמצעות Google Apps Script ונשמרות בגיליון Google Sheets פרטי, הנגיש רק לבעלי החשבון המורשים. האתר מתארח ב־GitHub Pages, וגופנים וסקריפטים חיצוניים מסופקים על ידי ספקי התוכן הרלוונטיים.
אנו עשויים לחשוף מידע גם לפי דרישת החוק או לצורך הגנה על זכויותינו המשפטיות.
7. אבטחת מידע
אנו ננקוט אמצעי זהירות ארגוניים וטכניים סבירים על מנת למנוע את האבדן, השימוש לרעה, או השינוי של הפרטים האישיים שלכם. הכתובת הרשמית והמאובטחת של האתר היא https://llisr.com, ופניות מטופס יצירת הקשר נשלחות לנקודת קצה מוצפנת ב־HTTPS.
8. משך שמירת המידע
מידע אישי שנאסף באמצעות טופס יצירת הקשר נשמר עד למימוש בקשת מחיקה מצד המשתמש, או עד 24 חודשים ממועד האיסוף — המוקדם מביניהם, אלא אם נדרש אחרת על פי דין.
9. מאגר מידע
החברה מנהלת מאגר מידע לצורך ניהול פניות ולידים, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981. המאגר מנוהל בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017.
10. זכויות המשתמש לפי תיקון 13
- זכות לדעת — לקבל מידע מלא על איסוף המידע ומטרת השימוש
- זכות לגישה — לבקש ולקבל עותק של המידע שנאסף עליכם
- זכות תיקון — לבקש תיקון מידע לא מדויק
- זכות מחיקה — לבקש מחיקת מידע אישי שלכם
- זכות התנגדות — להתנגד לעיבוד המידע שלכם למטרות שיווק
11. דיוור ישיר
הודעות שיווקיות יישלחו אך ורק למשתמשים שנתנו הסכמתם המפורשת. ניתן לבטל הסכמה בכל עת על ידי לחיצה על קישור ההסרה או פנייה ישירה אלינו.
12. הגבלת גיל
האתר מיועד למשתמשים מעל גיל 18 בלבד. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מקטינים.
13. שינויים במדיניות
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו באתר.
